Get Over It!

All of us have had others offend or mistreat us. At times the offense is so great that it has a tremendous negative impact on us. It is unhealthy mentally, physically and spiritually to hold a grudge.

The key to peace of mind, when someone does us wrong, is to feel with it as soon as possible, and then to let it go. Face the situation head on. Don’t allow it to fester inside of you.

Situations like this can either make you bitter or they can make you better. The choice is yours.

Holding on to past hurts or nursing grudges against others only hurts you. Most of the time the other person just goes through life in a happy-go-lucky way, while people who hold grudges get ulcers!

Choose to forgive. Regardless of what has happened to you, it is not worth allowing it to ruin your life. By forgiving others you are able to “Get Over It!”
